Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever is earlier. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
- Product is unused and in original packaging
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Products without original packaging
- Perishable or customized items
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after successful return and verification.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.
7. Exchange Policy
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Exchange requests must be raised within the return period.
